After providing your entity code, the application prompts you to enter your login details (if fairpark opens the camera, a QR Code is required : please refer to this article).
You will need to provide your login credentials, which are the same as for the web application (you will need to have logged in at least once on the web).
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the screen.
By clicking on "Forgot your password", the screen below will appear. Enter your email address to receive a link to reset your password. Please note that if you do not enter the correct email address (your fairpark account email), you will not receive a password reset email!
